BC4J 9034 - NPE in DBTransaction Impl - Line 2006

Just headed home from the emirates,
where I helped one of our partners to fix some issues they encountered with 9034.

One of them was a pretty strange NullPointerException at line 2006 in DBTransactionImpl that occured in a not regular fashion - maybe due to load or a JDK issue.

I'd be very interested if we have other customers around facing this issue too?
