ADF: Dependend lists in find.mode

one of our fellow JDeveloper PM*s wrote a cool article about dependend lists, usually needed when you want to filter things (Eg. let the user choose a country, and in the next combo just show the cities for that one)

As Duncan wrote, there's currently a limitation in our ADF framework, having this feature working perfectly, just with the usuage of ADF - but don't worry, we working on it.
